Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship internationally using Japan Post International Mail (ePacket Light, with tracking).
For shipments to the United States, we use Courier Service (Yamato, with tracking & compensation).

International Mail (ePacket Light) is more affordable but may take longer to arrive.
For U.S. orders, courier shipping is the only available option at the moment.
Please note that import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


You can check the shipping fee on the purchase screen.

When will my order be shipped?

A. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

A. International customers can pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover) or PayPal.
(Please note that Amazon Pay is mainly for customers with a Japanese Amazon account.)

In which currency will I be charged?

A. All payments are processed in Japanese yen (JPY).
The prices shown in other currencies (USD, EUR, etc.) are approximate conversions for reference.
Your credit card company or payment service will apply the actual exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Will I need to pay customs or tax?

A. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I return or exchange an item?

A. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

If your item is damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of arrival.

If your item is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

We will issue a refund or send you a replacement.

Both EMS and ePacket Light will be covered by our shop’s policy, but please note that only EMS includes official insurance from Japan Post.

For valuable or fragile art pieces, we strongly recommend EMS for faster delivery and official insurance coverage.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

A. Gift wrapping is not available, but every item will be simply and carefully wrapped.

When can I contact you?

A. Inquiries are answered on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 JST.
